COVID POLICY: With Covid infections continuing unabated, we require all patients to wear a mask while in our facility. You may have one family member or care provider with you but they too will need to wear a mask. Please do not come to the office if you or your caregiver have a fever or have symptoms of infection because we will have to reschedule your appointment. Our staff is fully vaccinated and have received booster shots – please inform us if you have NOT received your vaccination to help keep us and the people who might be in the office with compromised immune systems safe.
